Nestled in the pretty village of Wereham with village green and duck pond, it really is a welcoming property with lots to love about its stylish interior, you are sure to fall in love with this pretty, traditional cottage.

For those who prefer to eat out, the village pub serving good food is just 90 yards away (2 minutes’ walk).
The spacious living room has comfy sofas and a wood burner, perfect to curl up alongside on cooler evenings, and there is also a downstairs modern bathroom.

Within 40 minutes’ drive you will arrive to the stunning North Norfolk Coastline with its sand dunes, stunning cliff lines, sand and shingle beaches, salt and clay marshes and picturesque quays.

lovely cottage in a very nice location. Heating is a bit variable. But did not spoil our week. Superb area for exploring Nat Trust and English Heritage properties. Coast is only 40 mins drive.. Very good Chinese and pizza takeaway close by.

We had a great stay at the old butchers shop. The welcome pack was great 👍 we have a lot of family in Norfolk and this was a great location for visiting them all. Will definitely recommend and book again. Thank you

Beautiful cottage in very pretty village. Owner provided lovely welcome pack with local produce.
Cottage had good quality furniture, large TV and comfortable beds. It had balance of character with modern day comfort.
Easy access to Thetford forest, market town of Swaffham, Kings Lynn and National ...
