Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you, in the commune of L'Île-Rousse, this magnificent air-conditioned villa with sea view and private pool, 500 meters from the beach, with a surface area of 100 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, an office with a bookcase and a sofa bed. This Villa offers you the comfort of two bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful garden of about 900 m² with a large private swimming pool. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs
- A kitchen opening onto a dining area and equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2&3: double bed (140x190)
- A study with a double sofa-bed
- A shower room with shower and WC, adjoining bedrooms 2 and 3
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) open from May 1 to October 31 (opening dates non-contractual). Minimum depth 1m50, secured by a tarpaulin.
- A beautiful 900 m² fully enclosed garden surrounding the house
- A 15 m² sea-side terrace and a second 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron....
The Villa is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from L'Île-Rousse town center and less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, in very pleasant surroundings. There's a convenient bakery/caterer at the end of the street for everyday shopping. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate Corsica's warmest micro-climate!
Take a seat in the village square, lined with cafés, and gaze out over the clear turquoise waters of the Balagne coastline. The cobbled streets of the old town are packed with places to eat, drink and buy traditional local produce. Ile Rousse is the Saint-Tropez of Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
From the port, you can walk to the center of Ile Rousse via the beautiful interior streets or the Marinella promenade, which runs along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli, well known to pétanque fans. Extend your stroll to the beautiful Île de Pietra and Île de Broccio for breathtaking views of the Mediterranean!
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Parking is available in the driveway of the villa (2 spaces maximum) or in the public spaces on the street along the property fence.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Car, scooter, bicycle and electric scooter rentals.
- Shuttle bus service with a stop close to the property, at the end of the cul-de-sac.
- Bus Corsicar Line to Calvi-Bastia, Line to Saint-Florent
- Ferry from Ile-Rousse to Marseille, Toulon and Nice.
- L'Ile Rousse train station 2.4 km away (7 minutes by car).
- Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport 24.4 km away (30 minutes by car).
Other notes :
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site)
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances and the barbecue after use

Villa Bollaccia Nous avons passe un super sejour. La maison est tres spacieuse, confortable, propre et moderne. Elle est aussi très bien équipée. La vue mer depuis la terrasse, le salon et le sejour est magnifique. et la plage a 5 min à pieds... Dommage que la route en bordure soit si passagere. Cependant, ça ne gêne aucunement pour la nuit car les 3 chambres ne sont pas cote rue.

Villa Bollaccia "Tout d’ abord, un grand merci à Marie-Rose Canava pour son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance et son attention.
La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille, grande et bien aménagée , elle permet de partager de bons moments sans se marcher dessus.
Cuisine très bien équipée, literie agréable.
La piscine privée est un plus indéniable.

Très jolie maison, très propre, proche des commodités , très jolie vue. Mais, passage en contrebas de la nationale T30 ! Bruit incessant toute la journée !
