Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned villa for rent in L'Île-Rousse, with sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach and featuring a swimming pool.
It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 900 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! There are a few steps separating the different rooms in the house. The property is laid out as follows: – A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa and armchair – A dining room opening onto a fully fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage – A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage – A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) – A bathroom with shower, toilet and double washbasin – A bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin – A study with a double sofa bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: – A private, unheated swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m, open from 1 May to 31 October (opening dates are subject to change) and covered with a tarpaulin – A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 900 m² surrounding the house - A 15 m² terrace with sea views on the living room side - An 8 m² terrace on the Monticello side - A 45 m² terrace surrounding the swimming pool - An elevated terrace with sea views on the bedroom side, above the 50 m² swimming pool The terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture. The house is ideally situated in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – Swimming and relaxation: swimming pool, L’Île-Rousse beach just 600 metres away, … – A wide range of water sports: diving club, boat trips, … – Numerous walking and hiking trails nearby - L’Île-Rousse lighthouse Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Calvi-Sainte-Catherine Airport, approximately 24 km away – Bastia Poretta Airport, approximately 70 km away – The port of Île-Rousse, connecting Corsica to Marseille, Nice and Toulon To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation – Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site) – End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use – Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply – Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.

House is perfectly located, easy access. Lay-out is nice, pool was great and warm, kitchen well equipped.

das Haus ist wunderschön, französisch verwinkelt und sehr sympathisch. Schade, dass der Straßenlärm immer hörbar ist und der Garten noch nicht fertig (teilweise Baustelle, aber nicht störend).

Lacking basic items such as garbage bags, linen and towels (as standard), was undergoing renovations, was not clean and full of ants.
