Flooring in kitchen flaking off making it uncomfortable to walk on with no shoes. Knives blunt and no small knife for chopping making cooking or even slicing cheese impossible. Single casserole dish far too small for 4 people. Cottage comfortable and beds very comfortable but difficult to get cool and no fans.

An exquisite period property, a lovely change from the usual, mostly ultra modern accommodation. Spotlessly clean with everything you need and the location could not be better. Note we had incorrect information from Sykes reference parking. It is definitely either in front of the property or actually in the garage not in front of it.

We found everything about the property excellent. It was warm, beds comfortable, WiFi very effective, kitchen well appointed and would hope to go again. So lovely having sea immediately outside and village within walking distance. Would recommend The Ship Inn for food .
