For your countryside holidays, this former family farmhouse is ideal for family or friends gatherings.
You'll appreciate the atmosphere of this cottage, imbued with old-world charm and delicate touches of modernity.
On-site, you can explore the family farm (organic cereal crops). Ground floor: a large living room with a kitchenette, laundry room, and WC. The veranda allows you to enjoy the garden view in every season. Upstairs (3 steps) are four spacious bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and a cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), and 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower/WC). An additional cot is available upon request. Electric heating. Green space with lawn and courtyard.
Nearby leisure activities: fishing, Boucé pond 4 km away - go-karting in Varennes-sur-Allier 15 km away - waterskiing in Paray-sous-Briailles 21 km away - Le Pal amusement and animal park 24 km away - skydiving center and castle in Lapalisse 15 km away.
Vichy and its thermal baths 32 km away: wellness - water sports... Moulins 38 km away: a town of art and history. Gîte advantages: Cleaning and utilities included.
