Magnificent environment nestled in the heart of the rolling Charolais countryside in the hollow of a bucolic valley of bocage & meadows, on the edge of a vast wild forest (to be discovered on foot or mountain bike), very close to a 40 ha fishing pond (Grand Baronnet Pond), sublime preserved setting of nature & greenery largely protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" for the protection of the rare "Cistude d'Europe" turtles & the overall quality of its rich ecosystem (set of 4 surrounded ponds vast preserved plant belts). Absolutely magical & enchanting setting, 100% restful & relaxing.

Holiday
Géraldine and Jean Fabrice were friendly and welcoming. The gite’s surroundings are wonderful, very peaceful and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the outside seating area listening to the frogs at night and watching the kingfisher which visited each day! We also made good use of the herbs and quince on offer!

We enjoyed our holiday in this charming house. The porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the very peaceful garden and beautiful views. The owners are easy to reach if you need anything. The town of Paray-le-Monial has a number of nice restaurants and there are a number of interesting castles to see.
