This charming 35 m² air-conditioned flat in Belgodère can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are extra.
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : - The first 8 m² terrace at the entrance to the flat. - The second terrace of 10 m2 can be accessed via the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, and is furnished to make the most of fine weather.
Communal area: - The swimming pool is shared by the residence and is not supervised.
The pool is open from April to October.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment that will enable you to quickly reach the main centres of interest in North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse 10 km away, Calvi or St Florent in 45 minutes, Piana creeks, Cap Corse...
You can also take advantage of the many shops located just a few hundred metres away throughout your stay: bakery, restaurants with evening entertainment, tobacconist's, newsagent's and SPAR supermarket, beach and nautical centre 500 m away (800 m by car to reach the car park).
Other places to visit : Saleccia beach and the Agriates desert, the Scandola reserve, the Revellata peninsula, Nearby events: - In July: Calvi on the Rocks festival, "Festivoce" traditional song festival in the village of Pigna. - In August: Almond festival in Aregno, Rencontres internationales Artistiques de Théâtre.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: L'Île-Rousse station 9km away (about 13 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport, 32km away (about 40 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with the on-site concierge). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. - Swimming pool not supervised.
Opening dates non-contractual. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

A Muredda di Lozari "🙂 Appartement sympathique et bien situé. piscine agréable.
🙁 Surcout imprévu exorbitant d'env. 10 % du prix total pour quelques linges et papier toilette (en quantité insuffisante). Accueil laborieux. 45 min pour trouver la personne d'accueil. Double canapé-lit enfants pas très confortable."

A Muredda di Lozari La casa ha risposto pienamente alle nostre aspettative e anche la spiaggia di Lozari a 500 metri dall’ alloggio. Il quartiere è ben servito. La comunicazione con l’agenzia ottima. Les Terrasses de Lozari sono un residence in mezzo al verde con piscina , silenzio e privacy garantiti. Un soggiorno settimanale all’insegna della natura e del riposo. Grazie!
