A l'extérieur, une terrasse et un jardin non-clos avec salon de jardin et barbecue.

Situation exceptionnelle avec une place de parking, une terrasse clôturée par une barrière et l'Océan à moins d'une minute à pied. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).
