The 100 square meter, stylish, quiet apartment is newly renovated and offers enough space for a stay with family or friends. In addition to large, comfortable beds and large-screen Smart TV (65 inches) with Netflix etc., the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 6 people. Now, there are totally two King-size-beds (180x200 cm) and furthermore one Queen-size-bed (160x200 cm). All rooms are bright and friendly and the living and dining room in particular are flooded with light through a large window front and offer a wonderful view of the greenery/garden. The living room is equipped with various seating and lying options and invites you to a cozy evening with the existing smart Tv. In the dining room there is a large dining table for meals together with enough space for everyone.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and invites you to cook together. Coffee and various types of tea, as well as spices and oil are also available:

- coffee maker

- kettle/water heater.
In the newly renovated, modern bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing shower or bath.
