Located on the 1st floor in a quiet residence, 200 meters from the beach and the bike path, discover a charming apartment that has everything you need for your holiday with family or friends!
Close to all shops and only 4km from Annecy, you can leave the car aside!
The apartment:
The 2 bedrooms have a double bed and storage.
The living room is very friendly with its living room and open kitchen, you will access the terrace from the living room.
Bathroom and separate toilet also make up this accommodation, which has Wifi, TV, and all the necessary appliances.
You can leave your car on a private parking space and enjoy all the local attractions on foot or by bike!
Whether it is restaurants by the water, beaches, shops, the bike path or mountain walks or along the lake, you will find everything within 500 meters!
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Le balcon pour y manger tous les jours.
Il y avait sur place des capsules pour machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. L’huile, sel, vinaigre, film Alimentaire etc.. Bien pratique
La station de vélos d’Annecy juste à côté de l’appartement
Le volet en bois de la 2ème chambre qui laisse passer la lumière du jour.

Très bon accueil, localisation idéale - logement un peu excentré tout en étant proche de toutes les activités recherchées (centre-ville d'Annecy, Semnoz, Talloires + boulangerie, plage de Sévrier et restaurant accessibles à pied).
Rien à redire. Juste bien mentionner "Sévrier" et non "Annecy" dans l'adresse du GPS :-)

Literie dure, très poussiéreux dans l’ensemble, canapé sale et des tâches aux coussins et l’électroménager pas propre.
