One bedroom apartment with fantastic lake view.
The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building right in the middle of the authentic town of San Siro. has 1 bedroom with double bed and a small storage space.
The living room includes a sofa bed for two persons, fully fitted kitchen, wash machine, dining table for 4 persons and provides access to the small balcony with beautiful panoramic lake views.
The apartment will be fitted with high quality bed sheets and towels.
The costs for these will be included in the cleaning fee.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower curtain, wash basin, bidet and toilet.
The apartment is completed by a WIFi-connection.
The guests will benefit from the premium location both in terms of closeness to the lake and beach as well being part of the center lake area.
The central town of Menaggio is just 4 kilometers away and provides many places to drink and eat.
The ferry boat service on the lake also stops here which makes it traveling around the lake easy, fun and relaxing.
Plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities around the lake.
Guests can even start from the apartment and immediately start climbing into the surrounding mountainous area for a daylong hike or cycle trip.
Boating is popular too.
Guests can rent a speedboat up to 40HP without any boating license.
Great way to plan your own individual day tour on the lake, while watching the beautiful towns, villas and gardens along the lake.
There are several free public parking spaces around the apartment complex.
Due to the limited free parking space, we recommend to book a parking space in the indoor garage in July and August.

Der Aufzug war kaputt, was, wenn man extra eine barrierefreie Wohnung bucht, Sehr ärgerlich ist. Wir waren mit Kinderwagen und 5 monate altem Baby unterwegs.
