In La Tranche sur Mer, center, small house with private garden in a holiday residence located 400m from the shopping center, 700m from the beach and 1000m from the city center.
The accommodation includes a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a dining area opening onto the terrace and the garden.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard.
A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90cm and cupboard. (height less than 1.80m). A private parking space. EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, microwave, television, garden furniture, toaster, 2 induction burners, wifi, furniture, crockery and cutlery ... The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Option: end of stay cleaning on reservation: €70 package, linen is not provided, paid option on reservation. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre.
Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard.

Maison au calme, proche du centre, de la mer et du supermarché. Ok pose la voiture et l’on peut tout faire en vélo ou à pied.
Maison complète, contient tout le matériel nécessaire.
