The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street.
Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Bonlieu. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement situé à proximité du centre ville et du lac, dans une rue calme. L’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire. Le ménage devrait être amélioré. L’option de bagagerie est un plus.
