Incredible holiday home with swimming pool located in Can Pastilla, Palma.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lounge, spacious terraces, swimming pool and garage for 2 cars.
It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the airport.
Ideal for a family holiday! Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge, high-speed Internet (fibre optic) and barbecue.

There are smoke detectors for your safety. You can take a bus from the airport (line A2) and the journey is very short, less than 20 minutes.
You can also reach Palma city centre by bus and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Please note that we will not accept reservations from groups under 23 years of age. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per person per night (adults only). Parties and loud music are not permitted, especially at night.
Let us respect the other neighbours. Smoking is not permitted. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports. Can Pastilla is a charming coastal locality situated in the east of the island of Mallorca, just a few minutes' drive from Palma de Mallorca airport and about 9 kilometres from the centre of Palma. Other nearby beaches are Cala Estancia and Cala Gamba beach. Can Pastilla has a pleasant seafront promenade that runs along the coast, ideal for peaceful walks by the sea and enjoying panoramic views. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and international dishes.
Don't miss the opportunity to try typical Mallorcan dishes, such as frito mallorquín, tumbet or ensaimada. Can Pastilla is a quiet residential area, but if you're looking for nightlife options, we recommend going to Playa de Palma and Arenal, where there are bars and nightclubs where you can enjoy live music and a festive atmosphere. Wir waren 7 Personen. Platz war genug da. Der Pool ist sehr gross, es war alles sauber. Uns hat es gefallen. Mit dem Taxi 5min für 10-15 euro zum ballermann (bierkönig)und für Palma mit dem bus 30 min. Bushaltestelle ist 5 min zu fuss entfernt??. Danke für alles- würden wider kommen!

Erg mooi huis met een goeie omgeving. Host reageert snel en duidelijk. Wij zaten in een week waar het 34 graden was. Alleen de woonkamer heeft airco. De bovenverdieping is erg warm. Van vliegtuigen merk je niet zoveel
