Located in the residential and sought after area of Péreire, 200m from all shops (Allée de la Chapelle) and 1300m from the city center of Arcachon, APARTMENT T2 completely renovated of 32m² on the ground floor of a Residence on the seafront, good standing with lift and direct beach access:
- Entrance, living room with sofa bed (140x190), dining area, TV, south-facing terrace with furniture overlooking the garden.
- Open kitchen, including: induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), chest of drawers.

You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, to the Moorish park, to the observatory etc... or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast to the PILAT dune. -The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city. -Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing. - Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.

Le matelas de la chambre est un peu trop mou. Les réseaux mobiles ne passent pas. Heureusement il y a le wifi à disposition
Appartement très propre, calme, refait à neuf, bien équipé. Accueil très sympathique à l' agence immobilière où nous avons récupéré les clés. Accès direct à la plage très appr...

La proximité de la plage (au pied des appartements) et l'endroit situé à 15 min à pied du centre et des commerces. Calme.. Place de parking à disposition.
Peux-être les 15 min à pied pour aller chercher les croissants... Juste pour avoir un point negatif

Appartement rénové, confortable , bien équipé et calme ( au mois de mai ) L'accès direct à la plage et la proximité du centre ville sont des atouts intéressants.
La descente du garage et l'emplacement de parking sont très étroits et ne conviennent pas à un grand véhicule. Les manoeuvres sont compliquées.
