Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und bietet auf ca. 44m² Platz für 4 Personen (max. 3 Erwachsene).
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Bärental entfernt, in ruhiger Umgebung im Herzen des Schwarzwaldes.
Nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei.
Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt befindet sich der Feldberg, der höchste Gipfel des Schwarzwaldes.
Welcome to the vacation apartment Seeblick No. 4 in Feldberg-Bärental ! Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house and offers on about 44m² space for 4 people (max. 3 adults).
The apartment is located only 5 minutes from the train station Bärental, in quiet surroundings in the heart of the Black Forest.
Not far from the apartment there is a supermarket and a bakery.
Only a few kilometers away is the Feldberg, the highest peak of the Black Forest.
Zum Apartment gehören: - ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Radio.
Das Sofa kann zu einer Schlafcouch (200x140) umgebaut werden. - ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett (160x200) - eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile mit einem Herd mit 4 Kochfeldern, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher und zwei Kaffeemaschinen - Kapselmaschine + Filtermaschine). "Die besten Partys finden immer in der Küche statt".
Der Tisch ist ausziehbar und alle Geräte sind in Griffweite zu erreichen. - ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Ausblick auf den Titisee - ein separates WC - ein Balkon (8mx1,20m) mit Balkonmöbeln.
Hier bleibt im Winter der Sekt kalt und im Sommer der Kaffee warm.
Zugang zum Balkon von allen Zimmern aus. - eine kleine Garderobe Bei Ihrem Aufenthalt erwartet Sie: - 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person und Bettwäsche - kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus - WLAN in der Wohnung vorhanden Fahrräder und Skier können in der Garage untergestellt werden.
Bis zu 2 Hunde oder 2 Haustiere sind in der Wohnung herzlich willkommen.
Das Naturschutzgebiet Feldberg ist ein attraktives Wander- und Wintersportgebiet.
Vom Skikurs bis zur geführten Wanderung finden Sie verschiedene Freizeitangebote, die Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen werden.

The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (200x140). - one bedroom with box-spring bed (160x200) - a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove with 4 hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and two coffee machines - capsule machine + filter machine). "The best parties always take place in the kitchen".
The table is extendable and all appliances are within reach. - a bathroom with shower, washbasin and a view of Lake Titisee - a separate WC - a balcony (8mx1,20m) with balcony furniture.
Here the champagne stays cold in winter and the coffee warm in summer.

Süße Details, wie Hundebox mit Utensilien für den Hund. Alles nett beschriftet und erklärt, farblich alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr sauber und schön.
Wie schon mal angemerkt wurde, ist das Sofa nicht gerade sehr bequem.
Das Haus lag in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war die am perfektesten ausgestattete Wohnung die wir bisher als Ferienwohnung erlebt haben. Die Wohnung ist besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat ganz besonders dazu beigetragen, das wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Schwarzwald verbracht haben. Wir danken Ihnen sehr und werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen.

Der Check In war unkompliziert und die Lage schön. Hübsches Haus, ruhige Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und prima ausgestattet. Sauber und Hundefreundlich. In wenigen Minuten am Feldberg und am Titisee. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ♡
