The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Porticcio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view, in 7 minutes with feet of the beach of Agosta, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers.
Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the view.
We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and armchairs. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet.
Outside : - A terrace of about 9 m² with electric awning, facing west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort : double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment within a residence raised with Mediterranean plants, in the peace.
You will be close to all the essential shops (about 7 minutes on foot) but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Visit of Ajaccio : old town, port, museums, tastings, markets... - Hikes on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike. - Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse riding, Petanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parachute, Tennis, Mountain bike. - Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat excursions, fishing, diving.
Transportation: - You will be able to park directly on the numbered outdoor private parking (1 vehicle). - Shuttle in the center of Porticcio to reach Ajaccio. - MUVIMARE maritime shuttles between Porticcio's pontoon and Ajaccio's Tino Rossi port - Bus to Ajaccio from the Corsica Méditerranée network. - Nearest train station : Ajaccio train station located at about 22 minutes by car. - Nearest airport : Ajaccio airport located at about 15 minutes by car.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Le Golfe d'Ajaccio "Très bon accueil de Carlita à l'arrivée et de sa collègue à la sortie.
Appartement très bien équipé (clim, barbecue, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle), proche plage Agosta (7 mn à pieds) et très calme.
Bel endroit avec une très belle vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et sur les îles Sanguinaires.
C'était chouette et super logement pour séjour et visites à deux."

Le Golfe d'Ajaccio Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio nelle vicinanze di Porticcio 5 notti ad inizio luglio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è davvero grazioso con una bellissima vista e gli spazi adeguati per una piccola famiglia come la nostra. Casa molto ben accessoriata e host disponibile anche a trovarci un lettino per la bimba. Consigliato!

Le Golfe d'Ajaccio "Perfect stay in Corsica for few days ! Few minutes walk from the beach with a perfect sea view from the balcony to enjoy every morning and sunsets.
Lovely and quiet place with all the furniture you may need and air conditioning will save you during hot days. It was a real pleasure to stay there and will come back for sure !"
