In the heart of Annecy’s pedestrian city center, this fully renovated attic apartment will charm you with its contemporary and ultra-cozy decor.
Its open view over the city’s rooftops makes it a quiet and ideally located place to stay.
Its modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home, and you’ll also enjoy a welcome set and discounts with our partners. Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Access to the mezzanine bed is via a fairly steep ladder, with limited headroom, so it is not recommended for young children. The sleeping area features a 140x190 bed. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, and a kitchen towel are provided for your stay. You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.
Everything is within walking distance, so you won’t need a car during your stay. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery is available from €9.90 per person per day. All the shops you need are right at your doorstep, along with the city’s many attractions and lakeside highlights. 🅿️ The nearest parking options are Bonlieu Parking and La Poste Parking, both about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. It features a double bed in the sleeping area, directly connected to the bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, and microwave. Household linen is provided for your stay: bed sheets and towels. Pets are welcome in the apartment. ⭐️ Annecy’s historic center is a favorite among travelers for its charm, narrow streets, gardens, and pedestrian areas. 🚭 To protect the apartment and its environment, this is a strictly non-smoking property.

If the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4:00 PM (confirmation on the same day only). Similarly, on your departure day, a late check-out may be possible if the apartment is not booked that evening. 🧳 To ensure peace of mind until your train departure, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to safely store your bags. **Getting to the apartment:** 🚄 The train station is a 3-minute walk away ✈️ Geneva Airport: 40 minutes by car 🅿️ Several parking options are available within 150 to 300 meters **Nearby:** * All amenities nearby: bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, cheese shop, bank, bars & restaurants * Lake (Albigny Beach, Marquisats Beach) * Le Pâquier / Champ de Mars (lakeside esplanade), 500m away * Imperial Palace Casino, spa, and beach * Ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand): 30 minutes We look forward to welcoming you!

Région pittoresque où l'on s'y sent bien.
L'accès du logement au 4 ème étage est difficile et fatiguant. Pour des personnes vieillissantes , cela peut -être une contrainte qui gâche le séjour. Cependant, les vacanciers sont là pour visiter.
Le logement était complètement conforme à l’annonce.
Il est très bien placé dans le vieux Annecy...
