Take a seat on its southwest-facing balcony and enjoy the panoramic sea view with its magnificent outlook over the ocean!
This apartment features a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and more.
The sleeping area includes a hallway leading to two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and access to the balcony.
There is also a shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Access to the shared tennis court and parking available in the residence’s communal parking area. FULL OCEAN VIEW – FURNISHED BALCONY – TENNIS COURT ACCESS – SMALL PETS ACCEPTED ONLY To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services. For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency. Vue océan exceptionnelle! Très proche de la plage de Pontaillac et grande piste cyclable sur plusieurs kilomètres. Résidence au calme avec jolie jardin et gardien accueillant.
Point négatif: manque de rangement et de fonctionnalités. Très belle pièce à vivre mais un peu encombré.
