It features a large living room with two sofas, including a sofa bed (140x200), opening onto a vast west-facing terrace—perfect for admiring the sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (180x200) and a wardrobe.

You will also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you'll have access to a private, secure garage, a parking space, and a secure cellar, ideal for storing your bicycles, luggage, or additional equipment. Thanks to its ideal location not far from the city center, it's a strategic location for your visits and allows you to enjoy the city's enchanting atmosphere during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market. Everything is included in the rate: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi. To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden], and the security deposit via a Swikly link or by credit card (bank imprint).
