The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - The 4 bedrooms have a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and covered terrace - Separate WC First floor: - A 60 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 5: One queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC Exterior: - A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated open from March until November (not heated in July/August). Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. - A beautiful garden of around 200 m². - A first-floor terrace and a ground-floor terrace of 45 m² covered with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A 60 m² terrace on the 1st floor The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting close to the town and beaches.
