Cocoonr offers this charming 52 m² air-conditioned house with shared swimming pool for rent in Belgodère, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It has a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Fibre included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: Two single beds. - One bathroom. - Separate WC. Outside area: - A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October.
It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates non-contractual). - A beautiful garden of around 50 m². - A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m² and a second north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered outdoor car park, located 100 metres away (1 space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare de Bastia (1h26min) - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (46 min) Other information : - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are accepted on request, for a supplement of €50/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

Single bed: 12 Bathroom linen: 6 euros per person.
Baby kit: 5 euros per day or 25 euros per week. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

sejour en avril.Le logement est conforme aux photos, lumineux, bien équipé. Cuisine un peu petite mais gérable pour notre court séjour (3 nuits). Nous avons apprécié la clim dans la maison, et le ménage inclus.
La piscine n était semble t il pas en service. l ile Rousse est tout proche 10mn) et nous y avons vu de beaux couchers de soleil. La plage de Lozari n est pas loin également.

Très bon séjour.
Seul bémol, la piscine est indiqué chauffée alors qu’il est impossible de se baigner je ne pense pas qu’elle le soit.
