The cozy non-smoking vacation apartment Kiebitz is located in the attic of a single-family house in a quiet residential area in Haltern-Mitte in close proximity to the Westufer Park and the Haltern Reservoir. The railroad line Cologne/Hamburg is nearby. The train noise is noticeably dampened by a noise barrier. The popular city center with numerous stores, restaurants and cafes is about 500 m away, the distance to the next bus stop is 350 m, the train station is 1.6 km away. From the train station you have a very good connection to the Münsterland as well as to the Ruhr area. The worth seeing LWL-Römermuseum is in 2,2 km distance.The Westruper Heide is about 4 km away. Various cycling and hiking trails lead near the apartment.
You can reach the Haltern reservoir and the Westufer Park in a few minutes on foot. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the park during a walk. We recommend a visit to the adventure beer garden "Jupp unner de Böcken" which is located directly on the south shore of the Haltern reservoir. Or are you in the mood for water? The lake offers many possibilities: Swimming in the lido Haltern or in the leisure pool "Aquarell", a lake tour with the passenger ship "Möwe" or pedaling and canoeing...there is something for everyone! Hint:Z. At the moment the new passenger ship "Möwe" is under construction, the ship will probably start sailing again in the middle of August!Haltern am See, the Roman townThe LWL-Römermuseum is located at Weseler Straße 100, only about 2.6 km away. Let yourself be transported back to the world of the Romans through exhibitions and events. The 45sqm large, cozy non-smoking vacation apartment Kiebitz is located in the attic of a detached house in a quiet residential area in Haltern-Mitte. The apartment offers a living-dining room with additional sleeping possibility for one person. A bedroom with double bed and separate mattresses. From both rooms you have access to the balcony with balcony furniture and a beautiful view of the Haltern reservoir. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are free of charge. A flat screen cable TV is located in the living-dining room A baby travel cot and a high chair can be booked free of charge. A bicycle is available free of charge. Public parking is available near the house.

Basis ist gut. Die Küchengeräte waren alle vorhanden. Man kann sich gut was kochen. Leider hier und da etwas staubig. Der Internetempfang über das angebotene WLan war schlecht. Hier würde ein Wlanverstärker helfen.

Alle was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Netter Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage trotz der am Haus vorbei laufenden Bahnstrecke. Schnell im Zentrum und am See. Wer schnelles und zuverlässiges Internet braucht hat hier sicherlich ein Problem und auch die wenigen TV Sender ist nichts für jeden. Aber man hat ja Urlaub. Daher tolle Wohnung.
