Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming, fully renovated 180 m² house in Nantes, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a 200 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation consists of the following three levels:
A living space on the first level:
- A 40 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A small storage room
- Separate WC
Garden level :
- Linen room
- Bathroom with bath
- A bedroom overlooking the garden
- A small lounge overlooking the garden
Top level:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: queen-size double bed (160×200), each with en-suite shower room and WC.
One of the bedrooms has a small mezzanine for relaxing, reading or playing!
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 200 m² garden planted with trees + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the shops.
In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Quai de Versailles, or numerous small restaurants and bars await you on the banks of the Erdre.
Public transport :
- Parking is available nearby (fee payable).
- Nearest train station: Nantes, 15 minutes on foot or by bus
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 30 minutes by shuttle bus
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
