On 3 levels composed of demi-paliers.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room-kitchen, bathroom (shower and Toilet), a bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm), access by a few stairs to the mezzanine in robe with vacuum on the show.
Ground floor: living room (2 beds 1 person pull-out), LED television with international channels, Bluetooth speakers, Wifi connection and USB/HDMI Sockets.
Basement level: 1 room (2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm, 1 bed 1 person 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and WC).
Enclosed garden.
Cross-country skiing 200 m. Detached house with garden closed at 1 km of cross-country skis and runs 200 m from the centre of Bessans, in a quiet, very comfortable.

Ecellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien aménagé, fonctionnel, vaste et un jardin très agréable. Rien ne manque dans cette location avec un Salon agréable donnant sur la terrasse et même un autre salon coin lecture.Quartier très calme et proche des commerces.A recommander.

Comme toujours (5° fois) le gîte est agréable à vivre: suffisamment grand, très propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, même en cas de problèmes ne relevant pas de leur responsabilité: exemple cette année avec une absence totale d'Internet SFR pendant tout le séjour.
