Ideally situated for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and beyond.. All on the Ground Floor: Living room: Freeview Smart TV Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, French Doors Leading To Garden Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet.

The bright kitchen is located to the rear of the property with French doors leading out to the sunny, attractive and secluded patio garden where you can dine al fresco.
The cottage is located in the historic Crown area, a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, railway and bus stations, making it ideal for those wishing to have a car free holiday.
It is also located close to all local amenities with a restaurant, bar, deli, coffee shop, bakers, post office and pharmacy all within a 2-minute walk.
The indoor Eastgate shopping mall, Victorian Market Arcade and numerous cafés, restaurants and bars in the city centre are also only a few minutes from the cottage.
Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and offers something for everyone.
Be it walking, golfing, history, adventure, dining out or just relaxing, there is something here for you. The cottage is very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. The garden area is spacious, neatly laid out and we'll equipped. Parking is not really a challenge as the permit covers a wide area though we found parking spaces 50 yds of the cottage.
It's located close to the town centre with access to bars and eateries.

A beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable. Top quality welcome pack and toiletries. The owner is always available via phone or text should you have any problems. I definitely recommend this cottage.
