We offer this charming 150 m² single-storey house with private pool for rent in the Bergerac area, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 5,000 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises - A 70 m² living room with several sofas, a Sony flat-screen TV (with Canal +), a fireplace (wood provided) and a teleworking area with a large desk. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso machine (capsules) and filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) - Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A 9×4m swimming pool (private, unheated) with alarm.
Open from May to October, weather permitting.
Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. - A beautiful 5,000 m² garden, private, sunny, fully enclosed (one large electric gate and one wicket door) sunbathing area, outdoor chairs and tables, stone benches. - 70m² terrace with table, chairs and parasol Peaceful setting and environment for teleworking. The house is ideally located in Bergerac, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You can benefit from the shopping area 10 minutes away (Leclerc, GrandFrais, Picard, restaurants...) and the town center 6 km away. Activities : - Historic town of Bergerac 6 km away, horse-riding 2 km away, go-karting 4 km away, Monbazillac castle 10 km away, golf course/Château du Vigier 15 minutes away, tennis 8 km away, bowling, laser game 6 km away... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful : - Car is ideal, with quick access to the freeway (20 min from Bordeaux/Paris). - Bergerac train station 6 km away, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat, 25 minutes from Perigueux - Bergerac airport 15 minutes away Other notes: - Internet and large-screen TV (Canal Plus, Apple TV box, wifi and Bluetooth) via Starlink satellite, data rate 3x higher than fiber optics, Bose Bluetooth speaker. - A few steps lead up to the house, and a gardener looks after the garden and pool. - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous étions deux couples avec notre fils. Nous avons loué cette maison pour revoir notre famille et nos amis qui vivent à Bergerac. Nous avons profité de cette très jolie maison située dans un bel environnement loin de l'agitation de la ville mais à seulement 4 kms de toutes commodités et du centre ville. Un très bon moment
