Very cosy 38m² apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a residence at the bottom of the slopes and near the village center with clear view on Morzine and its mountains.
It is possible to leave the residence and directly ski down to the Pleney telecabin.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, it is composed of: - an entrance with cupboards - a nice living area with a sofa-bed, TV, and access onto a balcony with stunning view on the village and Avoriaz - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a chest of drawers - a bathroom - separate WC Ski locker, individual garage (ideal for bikes) height 2m, length 4m60 and width 2m, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher Security deposit and tourist tax to be paid before arrival Sets of bedsheets and towels provided End of stay cleaning included Summer Multipass member Pets not allowed Skis and bikes forbidden inside the apartment

Good sized apartment for a couple, with nice living area and well equipped kitchen. Handy having the garage for the car and storage of ski stuff. Walkable into town (10-15 mins to pleney lift) and there's also a bus just down the road to the other side of town and over to Avoriaz which we used a few...
