Numerous cycling and hiking trails are located directly at the holiday home or can be reached in a few minutes. The town centre of Haltern am See is approx. 6 km away.

On request, a dryer and washing machine can be used in the cellar, where bicycles can also be stored.Sufficient parking spaces can be used in front of the house.

Description of the accommodation
The newly furnished holiday flat has a spacious, open-plan living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, hallway, bathroom and guest toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher , fridge with freezer compartment, a large toaster , egg boiler, kettle, 80-piece kitchen aid set, 6 pots and pans, six-piece Majorcan crockery as well as cutlery and high-quality glasses to cover every need. The CoffeePerfect coffee machine with a large selection of speciality coffees offers coffee lovers every option. Furthermore, a music box with Bluetooth and a portable CD and radio player are available. WLAN is of course free of charge. The exclusive living and dining area has a 2.70 m long, beautiful wooden table with six chairs, a large couch landscape to snuggle into with 2 reading lamps and a 65 inch TV. One bedroom has a large double bed (180x200) and the smaller bedroom has a smaller bed (160x200). Both bedrooms are additionally equipped with a TV.The modern and large bathroom has a free-standing bathtub with bath sofa and large shower.There is also a nicely furnished guest toilet in the flat.Furthermore, there is a utility room with hoover, ironing board, iron and cleaning utensils.The beds are already invitingly made for all guests; sufficient towels as well as additional bed linen are provided free of charge.An extensive game collection for young and old is available for entertainment
