Fantastic apartment in the center of Sitges in a family property with a communal pool , with capacity for 8 people.
This practical and comfortable apartment is located in the centre of Sitges, in one of the quietest streets, and in a very family-friendly community, where you can find the communal pool and ample spaces to enjoy your holidays.
The apartment, located on the third floor, has a spacious living room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, two full bathrooms with a shower and 4 bedrooms: one with a large double bed (1.5m), another with two single beds and the last two bedrooms with a double bed (1.35m) each.
The apartment has Wi-Fi available, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
Main features:- Maximum guests: 8 - Bedrooms: 4 - Bathrooms: 2 - Double bed: 3 - Single bed: 2 Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay) - Pets are allowed upon request - Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm - For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30. - For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50 Output information:- Check out time is 11am - Remember to turn off the AC before you leave. - Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
