Our holiday home is located in a beautiful location on the edge of Baranja, in a town called Batina It is surrounded by greenery and an enchanting landscape. Here you will experience a true nature, away from the city bustle and stress.

The accommodation capacity is up to 9 people, and the holiday home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a gator. The view from every part of the holiday home overlooks the mountain, the forest or the Danube. Hidden from view and far from neighbors, it becomes an oasis of peace for every guest.

Within the holiday home there is a spacious covered terrace with a place to grill for a high-quality barbecue, where you can prepare your own food and enjoy the view. We have also provided additional facilities such as table tennis and darts, in order to enrich the already excellent atmosphere.

A good atmosphere awaits you inside the house, where the traditional wine cellar - gator - is hidden. Enjoy good music and good company while drinking local wine with excellent acoustics provided by the unique architecture of these cellars. This is where the excellent sound system really comes into its own.

Nearby you can visit loads of restaurants and wineries to enjoy local gastronomy. If you would like to cool down during summer months you can visit some of the many beaches on the lakes or rivers loved by locals. For those who like an active vacation, there is also a hiking trail that starts in the immediate vicinity of our house, or you can cycle along the Euro Velo trail.
