Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival is possible from 3 pm. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 11 am. The reception opening hours are:
Monday to Friday from 06 AM to 00 AM
Saturday & Sunday as well as on bank holidays from 07 AM to 00 AM
Please contact us if you are arriving later so that we can provide you with information about a late arrival.
Please note our breakfast times: Monday - Friday: 6-10am and Saturday - Sunday: 7-10.30am Check-in and breakfast will take place at the Hotel 2Places Soul. This is located about 20 meters away opposite the entrance to Hotel 2Places Side.
Once you arrive, your room will only be cleaned upon your request.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. A visitor's tax of 0.80EUR is chargable at the hotel.
