Additionally, the bedroom includes a well-appointed bathroom for your convenience. In terms of accommodation suitability, this unit is ideal for a couple, whether they are traveling alone or with young children.

You'll also find numerous luxury shops, designer boutiques, as well as refined restaurants and cafes. By living on Victor Hugo Avenue, you'll be in the heart of a privileged residential area surrounded by a luxurious environment.
You can take advantage of the proximity to many green spaces, such as the Ranelagh Garden, which offers a peaceful setting for strolling and relaxing. Moreover, while walking along Victor Hugo Avenue, you can easily access iconic sites in Paris.
The Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, is nearby, providing breathtaking views of the city.
The Palais de Chaillot, located at the Trocadéro square, also houses several interesting museums, including the Museum of Man and the National Navy Museum. ## Getting around Closest Metro Stations: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed.
This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure. Great apartment for my stay in Paris to attend the Olympics. Great location with metro station, restaurants, sites etc.. all being within walking distance. The check in process was great and the person I met talked me through everything I needed to know.

Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch und bequem eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut. Und die Lage ist einfach toll! Fußläufig zum Eiffelturm, Supermarkt direkt daneben, ebenfalls Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker… und Metrostationen ebenfalls um die Ecke.
