- quietly situated non-smoking holiday apartment (42m2) for 2-4 persons in Dresden-Neustadt - separate entrance - living-/bedroom, cooking facility, shower/WC/hair-dryer - children are welcome, crib on request - use of barbecue site and garden furniture - bicycles can be hired - without breakfast (The landlord is not liable to VAT.)

Cancellation / payment conditions
You pay directly to the landlord in cash on the day of arrival, plus accommodation tax; in the event of cancellation: 14 days before arrival, the guest pays 50% of the rental price; in the event of no-show, 90% of the amount is to be paid directly to the landlord (landlord sends the invoice directly to the guest)
