Short Characteristics
The big detached house is quitley situated in Dresden-Pappritz at the hills next to the Elbe river. You fill find a good conection to town centre with the public transport (200 m to the bus-stop). The house hac two balconies and one big terrace and is surrounded by nature. All rooms have parquet and the stairway is flagged. As the holiday room is situated in the 2nd floor it allows a good view. A parking lot is available for the guests. (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)
Cancellation / payment conditions
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. 15 days before 50% and short term 75%.
Anreisebeschreibung
*Arrival by car (from direction "Dresden"): Exit freeway A17 at exit "Pirna", turn right (direction Pirna) and follow until exit "Graupa". Turn once again right (direction Dresden). Follow street (you will enter Dresden at one point) until junction to Pappritz. Stay on street until you enter Pappritz. On the left side, 200m behind the market square, is the housenumber 37 - your destination. *Arrival by public transport (from main station): Use the tram line 10 departing from Wiener Platz with direction Striesen. Leave tram at Pohlandplatz station. Change to the bus line 61 direction Fehrnsehturm to the Pappritz station. Cross street and follow Rochwiter Weg from 150 m, turn right in the street Straße des Friedens. On the left side number 37, the 2nd hous, is your destination.

The holiday apartment has a lounge with a fully fitted kitchen (electric stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, sink). A washing machine, TV and radio are also available. The holiday apartment also has a bathroom with toilet and shower, a cloakroom in the hallway and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each. The larger one has a double sofa bed (for extra bed), 2 armchairs and another TV and a large balcony. The holiday apartment is available for 6 people. 2 additional beds are possible on request. Pets (dogs) on request 5EUR per night.
