Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom duplex situated in the much sought-out urbanization “Huertos de Nerja”, only a short walk to the nearest beach, 5 minutes away from the town centre and all the local amenities
The complex is very well maintained and has a delightful communal swimming pool that is surrounded by grass.
It is one of the few urbanisations in Nerja that has the pool open in winter. The property is divided over 2 floors and consists of the following: Entrance hall, and on the left a well – equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. Past the kitchen is a guest toilet where you will find the washing machine. Once past the entrance hall you arrive into a bright open plan living – dining room.
Furnished with a set of table and chairs, one double seater sofa and one comfortable armchair, AC, satellite TV and WIFI.
