This delightful 103 m² duplex apartment, with its original, charming decor, is ideal for a stay with family or friends of up to 7 people.
Located right next to the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, you will also be just an 8-minute walk from the famous Petite France district, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The flat is located on the 5ᵉ floor without a lift, offering plenty of light and an unobstructed view of Strasbourg's rooftops. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A spacious and friendly living room with sofa bed, 3 armchairs, 2 coffee tables and a TV, perfect for sharing relaxing moments after a day of sightseeing - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and a dining area for up to 8 people - A comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table and storage cupboards - A charming attic bedroom on the first floor, with a single bed and a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a beautiful view of the city's rooftops - Bathroom with large bath and washbasin - Separate WC The flat is located in the Gare district, a lively, multicultural area with a mix of international restaurants, small art galleries and cultural venues, including Strasbourg's Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Thanks to its central location and excellent transport links, it is an ideal base for exploring Strasbourg on foot or by tram. All amenities are close at hand, including a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Public transport : - Centre Historique Petite France car park 2 minutes' walk away - Musée d'Art Moderne" tramway (line B) 1 minute's walk away - Musée d'Art Moderne" bus stop 1 minute's walk away -Strasbourg train station 5 minutes away by public transport (bus line 10) - Strasbourg airport about 30 minutes away by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels provided for your comfort - Free Wifi available - Pets not allowed in the accommodation Access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. Groupe de 7 ayant loué ce logement pour un weekend sur Strasbourg, nous ne pouvons que recommander celui-ci. Les instructions sont claires et le logement est conforme à la description indiqué sur l'annonce. Nous reviendrons !

非常に広くローケーションもよく良いアパートだった。5階でエレベーターがないので荷物を運ぶのは大変だったがそのほかの点は良かった。暖房設備もよく温かく、キッチン用品も揃っていてお料理が楽しかった。近くにスーパーもあり買い物も便利。トイレットペーパーは足りなくなったので買い足さなければいけないの大変だったがコミュニケーションも非常に早く総じて満足できる素敵なアパートだった。

Bon logement, bien placé et bon rapport qualité prix. Juste je ne comprends pas pourquoi c’est marqué pour 7 voyageurs alors que le canapé lit est cassé, et ce depuis un bon moment vu les commentaires de l’annonce. C’est dommage que cela n’ait pas été retiré.
