This modern 65 m² apartment is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the city center.
This bright apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
A WiFi connection, Nespresso machine and ironing kit are also included.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - One bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, armchairs, storage space with hangers - Bedroom with 2 single beds and desk - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet Access to accommodation is available from 4pm.
Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station (a set of keys will be provided).
It's about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 9pm! Check-in will not be possible after 9pm.
The apartment is located in the Poincaré district.
This lively, dynamic district is ideally located just 2 steps from the city center.
You'll find plenty of shops, including the Halles shopping center.
Just 2 minutes from Place Kléber, it's the ideal vacation spot for discovering Strasbourg! You'll find yourself close to a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy.
Transportation: - Rental does not include access to a private parking space.
Pay parking is available in front of the building. - Parking Le Sébastopol (paying) 2 min walk away - Ancienne Synagogue / Les Halles tramway (lines A and D) 2 minutes' walk away. - Les Halles - Pont de Paris bus stop, 1 minute on foot - Airport 20 min by car - Railway station 10 min. walk Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Development work is currently underway on rue Sébastopol and will continue until June 2025.
This may cause some noise pollution during the day.

Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe funktionierten einwandfrei. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Nähe zum Standzentrum. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Es gab keine Erklärung wie der Müll entsorgt werden soll bzw. wo sich die Müllcontainer befinden.
Das hat uns ein Hausbewohner erklärt.
Die Toilette ist reparaturbedürftig. Spülkasten und Deckel wackeln. Spülkasten hat ein kleines Leck.

Die Wohnung hat eine günstige Lage zur Innenstadt; andererseits liegt in der Nähe einer Ampelkreuzung, daher war für uns nachts der Geräuschpegel durch anfahrende Antos oft störend.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok.
Die einzig vorhandene Sitzecke im Schlafzimmer empfanden wir nicht als gemütlich.
Die angegebene Einwahl ins WLAN war nicht möglich.
