Featuring a terrace and a private parking space, it provides a setting that is both comfortable, modern, and elegant. Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, this spacious apartment stands out for its refined décor and high-quality amenities.
Perfect for any type of stay, it harmoniously combines conviviality and comfort in a calm and pleasant environment. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, housekeeping is included and hotel-quality 4-star linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The apartment is composed as follows : -A spacious, bright, and welcoming living area featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining space ideal for sharing moments together. - A large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen including : refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils, designed to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy full flexibility during your stay. - Three elegant bedrooms, including one with a double bed (140x190), a second with a queen-size bed (160x200), and a third with a single bed, all fitted with storage and designed for optimal comfort. - Two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. - A pleasant terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors, whether enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. Surroundings : Located in the lively Krutenau district, you will benefit from a prime location close to shops, restaurants, cafés, and cultural venues.
Just a few minutes from the historic city center, you can easily explore Strasbourg, its riverbanks, its charming streets, and its unique atmosphere. Transport : A private underground parking space (maximum height 1.90 m) is included with the apartment, allowing you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. For getting around : - The “Gallia” tram stop (lines C & F) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. - The “Saint-Guillaume” bus stop (line 10) is a 4-minute walk away. - The “Brant Université” bus stop (lines C6 & C9) is an 8-minute walk away. - The central train station is accessible in 30 minutes on foot or 18 minutes by public transport. - Strasbourg International Airport is about 40 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed. - Construction work is currently taking place in the neighboring building and may cause some daytime noise. The apartment is available from 4:00 PM. Keys must be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a laundromat approximately 6 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Please note that the laundromat closes at 9:00 PM, so check-in is not possible after this time. Sehr gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum. Man hat viel Platz und es ist sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist ein schönes Plus. Ein paar mehr Töpfe in der Küche wären wünschenswert und Handseife, Shampoo und Duschgel im Bad, wie im Inserat angegeben, wären schön gewesen. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, gerade auch mit einem kleinen Kind.

Wohnung sehr groß und sauber. Sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Flexible Ankunftszeiten und Abreise durch Schlüsselkasten, der sich aber leider nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft befindet. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in einer Wäscherei, die gut zu funden ist. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen.

Apartamento amplio y muy limpio. En el centro de la ciudad. Incluye plaza de aparcamiento. Lo único que tendrían que modificar es la recogida y depósito de llaves, ya que resulta complicado al no estar en el edificio.
