Agence Cocoonr offers you this warm and authentic 80 m² apartment in the heart of Strasbourg, near the historic center.
Located right in the center of town, the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you count the inner floor), accessible by stairs (no elevator).
Please note that the stairs are a little steep! Accommodation comprises - A large, cosy living room with sofa, coffee table, TV with channels, pool table - A well-equipped kitchen: dining table with chairs, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
The apartment has two sleeping areas on the first floor: - A first room with a queen-size bed, bedside table and storage space - A second sleeping area with a single bed and desk - A bathroom with bath and washbasin with mirror - Separate WC Neighborhood: The apartment is located near the center of Strasbourg.
Strasbourg, capital of Europe and Alsace, has a rich historical and architectural heritage that makes it the richest city in Alsace.
Its city center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What's more, the city's museums are particularly rich and interesting.
Strasbourg is a must-see not only for its monuments, but also for its central status at the heart of Europe.
Nearby you'll find all the shops and restaurants you need to make your stay a success.
Transportation : - Parking is available in the Austerlitz parking lot, just a few steps away.
The cost is 20e/24h. - Strasbourg's main train station, 17 min walk or 11 min by public transport - Place d'Austerlitz streetcar stop, 2 min walk - Strasbourg international airport, 10 min by public transport Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - The stairs to the apartment are a little steep. - Please note that the bedrooms and bathroom have no doors (only a curtain). - The toilets are not on the same floor as the bedrooms and bathroom. - There are small windows in the bedrooms without shutters.
Light can therefore be a nuisance for sensitive people Access to the apartment is from 4pm.
Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a residence 300m from the accommodation, which is accessible 24 hours a day.

Le Cocon Alsacien Sehr tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt und doch so ruhig. Die Steilen Treppen haben wir gern in Kauf genommen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Flecken auf dem Sofa waren nicht so toll, aber Decke drauf und schon war es gut. Ein neuer Anstrich würde nicht schaden, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Ansichtssache. Würde sie weiter empfehlen.

Le Cocon Alsacien Schöne zentrale gelegene Wohnung ein Katzensprung von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der Nähe gibts tolle Restaurants und tolle Bars. An der Sauberkeit dürfte man noch ein bisschen feilen bezüglich Sofa und Sofadecke (die roch streng).

Le Cocon Alsacien Appartement conforme aux attentes eg à la description sur le site. Bien équipé, bien placé, rien à redire. Excellentes literies. Pour les mobités reduites attention toutefois aux nombreux escaliers pentus. Pas un problème pour nous. Excellent sejour dans le coeur de Strasbourg. A conseiller sans hésiter.
