The building has a lift to get easier to the penthouse, however there are three steps to access it.
Located in the heart of Gijón, the apartment offers easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
Additionally, it is located within walking distance of iconic monuments such as the Church of San Lorenzo and the famous Jovellanos Theater, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city’s rich culture and entertainment.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.
The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process.
Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum und fußläufig ist alles erreichbar.
Parkhaus vor der Tür, ist einwenig teuer gibt keine Alternativen. Ausblick aus der Wohnung einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
