"La Villa Lavandière", beautiful house located a stone's throw from the historic center of Colmar, in a pleasant and peaceful area with private parking and a garage in the basement.
This characterful house has bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light.
From the entrance, you can enjoy a spacious living room offering on one side, a lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV and on the other, a dining area as well as a WC.
In its continuity, you will have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. On the south-facing terrace you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility of the house.
On the first level, it has three bedrooms with respectively a 160x200 bed, one 140x200 bed and two 90x200 single beds that can be assembled, a bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you access a master suite with a king size bed 180x200, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a dressing room.
In the basement, you can enjoy an additional relaxation or sleeping area with a sofa bed (140x200).
Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this area during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
