We offer this charming 48 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Port-Vendres, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dulce Gusto coffee machine...
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture, open onto the living room.
- A 2 m² balcony with a view of the port to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Various activities: Fishing, diving...
- Tennis club 800 m away
- The historic towns of Elne and Perpignan are 20 or 30 km away, both accessible by bus (from the quay to the apartment).
- Attractive walks in the Val de Pintes (after the station), on Cap Béar and along the Sentier Littoral...
- For snorkeling enthusiasts, there's even a "Sentier sous marin" (underwater trail) that starts at Plage de Peyrefite, near Cerbère.
- Visit the chapel of Sant Marti de Fonalla, with its magnificent murals, near Maureillas, and the Priory of Santa Maria del Villar, near Villelongue dels Mont.
- The castles of the Corbière mountains with their Cathar associations, and the prehistoric site of Tautavel....

If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the apartment's private parking lot. Access to the parking lot is via a remote-controlled gate from Quai Forgas.
The parking space is numbered and is large enough for a large car.
Nearby parking information: Parking along the quay is limited to 45 minutes per day and is free of charge. There is a large metered parking lot (80 spaces) (c. €1.50/h) on Place Castellane, 400 meters from the apartment.
