Beautiful semi-detached house in the emblematic site of Grifeu, with excellent views to the area of Cap Ras and the Gulf of the Sea d'amunt of Llançà , Colera, Portbou.
The house is distributed with great care and detail on three floors.
At the entrance of the house is the parking area and garden area which goes to the end of the house giving the pool (which is common with house A).
On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a magnificent dining room with television and stereo ,an open fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wonderful terrace that gives direct access to the swimming pool which seems to be hanging by the sea.
Climbing a stunning staircase leads to the second floor, with two double bedrooms, fitted wardrobes and another bathroom with shower.
Up to the top floor is access to a seating area with furniture for the impressive terrace, television, sofa and has external shower and automatic awning.
The house has shared swimingpool and outside areas with house A and air conditioning.
Not suitable for families with children because of the danger of the swimming pool, the garden as well as the interior stairs.
The pool is open 6 months a year, from April 15 to October 15.

positive comment: I stayed here with my family for 5 days in April. The property, surroundings and views overlooking the ocean are worth the stay on their own, but the house has all the amenities to keep the entire family happy and entertained. Maison jumelée donc si voisin on partage la piscine et la c est beaucoup moins sympa
On a eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisinage
Ceci devrait être beaucoup mieux expliqué dans le descriptif du logement
