Large attached house located very close to the beach and harbour in Llançà, in quiet area.
Family atmosphere.
Distributed in two floors.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with big beds and a bedroom with single beds decorated for children and toys and bathroom with shower.
There is a privat patio.
The first floor has a lounge - dining room and terrace with mountain view, simply decorated and equipped with TV and satelit, separate kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave), one double bedroom (with double bed) and bathroom with bathtub.
The washing machine is in the laundry room located in the ground-floor.
It has Wifi and air conditioning.
Ideal for large families or two and fully enjoy the coast of Cap de Creus.
Access to the house is through the garden and shared with the house next door.
