The dwelling is composed as follows: First floor: - 22 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside : - A 10 m² balcony around the bedrooms - A 65 m² garden with furniture for sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Écully, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Nearby, you'll find a municipal indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a media library, an auditorium and a cinema.
Come and discover the city of Lyon, its main monuments, the cathedral, Fourvière, old Lyon, the bouchons Lyonnais, the bateaux mouches, the comédie etc.... Lyon is 8.5 km away (about 15 minutes by car). Events : - Beaujolais Nouveau in November - Fête des Lumières in December - Christmas market in November/December - Japan Touch in December Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
