The apartment has a large living room with separate kitchen equipped with microwave, two double rooms (one with a large lit 1.80 and one other with two simple lits) and a individual room, toilet and bathroom with shower which is accessed through the kitchen.
Access by car is via the Port de la Selva road, at km 5. It has a garage, where the washing machine is located.
The apartment is located in the quiet urbanization of Fané de Baix, very close to the beach and just 50 meters from the Llançà to Port de la Selva ring road.
