The outdoor pool will be closed for the winter season from 1st November to 31st March, due to weather conditions.
The indoor pool will be available during the winter season.
The indoor pool at Villa Padima is heated to *28 degrees Celsius.
There are no extras to pay.
The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax.
This is paid upon arrival to the local agent. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

Fijn ruim huis, huis is ideaal voor vakantie met kinderen, zeker vanwege het binnenzwembad. Fijne omheinde tuin. Gezellige zitjes buiten.
Plastic meubilair binnen zou niet mijn keus zijn.

Großes Grundstück mit tollem Ausblick, sehr herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, viele Highlights für unsere Kinder (warmer Innenpool, Tischtennisplatte, Hängematte…) - wir konnten uns gut erholen und entspannen.
Es gab keine Heizung, allerdings einen Kamin, den wir im März auch brauchten, da es abends frisch wurde.

The villa was clean but needed some updating the swimming pool were really old in and out needed upgrading the road was really bad to get to the villa really nice owners lovely view and relaxing just needed updating and lots of lizards in the property had to kill lots my kids were really scared didn’t sleep at night.
