About this space
Beautifully restored, large detached home, in a lovely area, with 4 Bedrooms in Queens Quarter, Belfast City; near to multiple restaurants and bars and very close to both Botanic Gardens and Queens University. Only 2 min walk to Stranmillis village. 7 min bus ride or 20 min walk to the City Hall. The house has all mod cons and is full of beautiful period features. Overlooks Friars Bush graveyard - the oldest in Belfast & which official legend has it was blessed by St.Patrick.

Beautiful home with four bedrooms (three king, one single) and 1.5 bathrooms.
Completely modernised making it perfect for guests whether staying for 2 nights or 2 weeks. WiFi. TV.
Fantastic indoor/outdoor living with large back patio area.
We provide all the amenities you need and more - plush sofas and seating in living room, desk to work from, large television with access to major streaming services, full size kitchen, large dining table, all kitchen utensils, very comfy beds. We also provide fresh hotel style white linen and fluffy towels plus a selection of shampoo and body wash.
The Area
Located in Stranmillis, you will find yourself in one of Belfast's most exclusive and convenient locations, regardless for your reason for visiting. Stranmillis village has numerous bars, eateries and cafes (we recommend Welcome Restaurant for delicious Asian and Bob & Berts for coffee) and you are on the doorstep of award winning Botanic Gardens which is a beautiful place for a morning or evening stroll (make sure to visit the huge greenhouses).
You will find yourself just 7 minutes by bus from all the fun of the city centre.
Getting Around
For traveling further afield we would advise you can take a tour or hire a car. If however you plan to stay local, very convenient buses are frequent and take you all the way into the city centre. Belfast is however, very walkable and if possible we recommend walking as its a great way to see all the different neighbourhoods!
Guest access
Guest's have access to the entire property.
**Our house is not for parties so please do not book if that is your intention.
Also there should be no extra guests at any time without express permission. Any infractions and stay will be cancelled immediately with no refund as per the terms and conditions. This is a residential area that we care about so we have to be strict on this.**
Other things to note
My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

Additional rules
Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be canceled immediately without refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbors who are going about their day-to-day lives.
No smoking inside the house - 400 pounds found when discovered
