In Bolquère, we offer you this 4-star-rated, typical log chalet with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, with a surface area of 117 m² that can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a partially enclosed garden of around 400 m².
Ground floor:
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A beautiful 400 m² private garden, partially enclosed
- A large south-facing terrace of 23m2, accessible from the living room, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An outside ski room with 2 snow shovels
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, in a residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
You'll be just 500 m from the ski lifts at the Pyrénées 2000/Superbolquère resort. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
You'll also be 1h30 from Perpignan and Barcelona, close to the Spanish enclave of Llivia and the town of Puigcerda.
Activities
- Sightseeing: Villefranche de Conflent (fortified medieval town), Llivia (Spanish enclave in France), the Cerdagne yellow train (transport to discover the landscapes of the Cerdan high plateau)...
- Sporting activities: hiking trails, alpine and cross-country trails, snowshoeing, sledging and other mountain activities...
- Cultural visits: Font-Romeu hermitage (one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in the Pyrenees), Saint-Martin du Canigou abbey...
- Events : Entertainment and concerts in the centre of the village in summer.
- International FreeStyle and cross-country skiing competitions (Martin Fourcade training centre)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park, each of which can accommodate one vehicle. Free public parking nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Free shuttle bus at the foot of the chalet in winter
- Car essential for excursions
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu station, 8 km away (approx. 12 minutes)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, 88 km away (approx. 1? hours)
Other remarks:
- Internet access is free thanks to a 5G Home box.
- The wood-burning stove is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.

Chalet les deux marmottes Chalet très bien conçu, spacieux, une belle vue, bien insonorisé qui permet à chacun d’avoir un endroit tranquille. Deux grands halls au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée donnent un espace supplémentaire pour y laisser des sacs par exemple.

Chalet les deux marmottes Logement très bien équipé et agencé pour 8 personnes. Retrait et remise des clés très facile par l’agence qui est réactive et arrangeante. Très bonne localisation pour le ski et même les balades / randonnées.
