Former barn renovated into two adjoining gîtes, located in the heart of a family farm (dairy cows, free-range poultry), 100 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Nantes and 34 km from Ancenis.
South-facing terrace and unfenced garden of 150 m², with access to the shared 5000 m² orchard (swings and boules pitch installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (each with two single beds).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, baby crib on request, hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating, and linens (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: Towels (€7/person) and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€70).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €7.54 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. Très beau logement décoré avec goût, confortable et très cocooning. Endroit calme et paisible. Nous sommes conquis et reviedrons avec grand plaisir.

A beautiful place to stay in such a calm and peaceful location. It was wonderful to walk by the canal, hear the birds in the morning and see the horses in the field.
